Myer refund and exchange policy
Myers refund and exchange policy is as followed;
Change of Mind: If you have changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, Myer may offer an exchange or refund if the product -
Faulty Product: If the item is seen to be faulty you may return it to the store. A service agent or the manufacturer will assess it. If a major failure is declared you may choose between refund, exchange or repair. In the case of a minor failure Myer will repair the item.
Poor Customer Service: Customer service issues can be resolved at any Myer store by seeing the store manager or by filling out a complaint form at myer.com.au

- is in saleable condition
- is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached
- is not subject to the exclusions list
- is sought within 30 days of purchase
